Who Really Designed Obamacare?

The Affordable Care Act of 2010 was aptly named Obamacare, of course, after President Obama. After all, it was his pride and joy, and the center stone of his 2008 election, paving his path to the White House. But with some curious comments from an MIT professor, many people are wondering if it should have really been named "GRUBER-care." Doesn't really have the same ring to it, does it? I like Mac Grubered a little better. Anyways, this MIT professor claims, HE was the one who drew up the plans for Obamacare. Video recordings from multiple different lectures and public speeches show him claiming responsibility for the legislation, ever-so-humbly, as only an MIT professor can do. In fact, in his speeches, Gruber mentions the original Obamacare legislation was intended to fail on the Federal level, so it could sort of "squeeze the burden down onto the individual states."
