Chicago police are at it again, this time they have been caught on camera viciously assaulting a man after a fender bender. The incident was captured on cellphone footage recorded by a witness.

Jamie Price said he exchanged information with the other driver after the fender bender in the alley behind his home Sunday afternoon and was pulling into his driveway when a police officer arrived and asked for his license, demanding he put his hands on the trunk of the police vehicle.

The other driver claims that he saw Price push the officer, an allegation Price firmly denies, according to WGN.

"He just said, 'I want to put you in cuffs.' And I said, 'Why do you want to put me in cuffs and the other guy isn't in cuffs ?'" Price said.

Price alleges that at this point the officer grabbed him by his dreads and began slamming his head on the ground, ripping a handful of his dreadlocks out of his head in the process. At this point more officers arrived and Price says that his instincts told him to run. Sadly, he says he didn't make it very far.

In the video, seven police officers can be seen piling on Price in what can only be described as a gang beat down. Price is on the ground as an officer holds on to the gate to balance himself while stomping on his back and another officer simultaneously kicking him in the face.
