In the latest Reuters/Ipsos Poll (link is external) (PDF (link is external)), Rand Paul is tied with Marco Rubio for 5th place among Republicans - only 1% behind warhawk (link is external) Carly Fiorina. Leading the pack among Republicans was the authoritarian, fake conservative (link is external) Donald Trump followed by a man that believes the 2nd Amendment should be conditional on where one lives (link is external), Ben Carson, with none other than another anointed one from one of America's Royal Families, Jeb Bush, in 3rd.

The news here however is the rising numbers of Rand Paul.
