Google and the Trump Free Internet

Hate Donald Trump? Want to erase him from the internet? There's an app for that—or a Google Chrome web browser extension.

The Trump Filter, developed by Rob Spectre, blocks websites covering the front-runner and, according to the filter's website, "makes America great again."

"Eliminate Donald Trump from all your web browsing without leaving the Internet. Donald simply disappears from your view of every web page."

According to Spectre, blocking news coverage of Donald Trump will "give concerned citizens the opportunity to actually focus on other candidates and learn about the issues."

All candidates with the exception of Hillary Clinton trail Trump's 35 percent lead by a wide margin. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are at 18 and 11 percent respectively in the polls while Ben Caron, Jeb Bush, Rand Paul and the others remain in the single digits. Obviously voters are not interested in those candidates.

Why Can't We Filter Out Hillary Clinton?

Bernie Sanders might want to call Spectre and urge him to develop a Clinton filter.

The former Secretary of State gets 14 times more network news coverage than her Democratic primary challenger, according to the Media Research Center.

Clinton is the obvious choice for the establishment. Although her relationship with the corporate media has often been contentious, top fundraisers include lobbyists who serve the parent companies of CNN and MSNBC. Her top contributors include Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley.
