Naval engineer William Tomkins was hired by Dr. Kurt Debus the first NASA Director. Kurt Heinrich Debus[ was a German V-2 rocket scientist who, after being brought to the United States under Operation Paperclip, became the first director of NASA's Kennedy Space Center in 1962 and served until 1974. Dr. Debus was appointed by Adolph Hitler during World War II as the V-weapons flight director and was actively engaged I rocket research program at Peenemunde, Germany and the development of the V-2 rocket. According to Tomkins Dr Debus told him much of the rocket and UFO technology came from extraterrestrials. William Tomkins designed the Mission Control Center for the various missile launches. Tomkins also helped design the advanced Space ships now
