While ANP has not been able to confirm the veracity of the partial list as of yet, what we can confirm is that 1) Insiders have previously admitted to the fact that Twitter does use "shadow banning" practices, and; 2) That names on the list have proven without a doubt that their articles, followers, shares and retweets have suffered a 30-50 percent decrease, which was reported before the list was leaked.

Shadow Banning- In February 2016, Breitbart News received confirmation from an inside source that Twitter had been "shadow banning"  politically inconvenient users, meaning users that shared articles and information that does not align with the ideology of those that run Twitter. "Shadow banning" is described in the following manner:

Shadowbanning, sometimes known as "Stealth Banning" or "Hell Banning," is commonly used by online community managers to block content posted by spammers. Instead of banning a user directly (which would alert the spammer to their status, prompting them to create a new account), their content is merely hidden from public view.
