Federal Court Rules State Dept Must Release Hillary Emails Detailing Obama's Response...

"What did the president know, and when did he know it?" These are the now famous words of the late Senator Howard Baker (R-TN) when he referenced President Richard Nixon concerning the Watergate scandal. Now, a federal court has ruled the State Department must turn over Hillary Clinton's emails that detail Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah's response to Benghazi, and just maybe we will have documented evidence of what he knew and when he knew it.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered the U.S. Department of State to turn over to Judicial Watch "eight identical paragraphs" of previously redacted material in two September 13, 2012, Hillary Clinton emails regarding phone calls made by President Barack Obama to Egyptian and Libyan leaders immediately following the terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi.

The subject line of both emails was "Quick Summary of POTUS Calls to Presidents of Libya and Egypt." These emails were stored on Clinton's illegal email server.

Jackson ruled in Judicial Watch's favor saying that the government documents have not been properly withheld under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption.

Personally, I hope Hillary gets her deserved punishment. That being said, Federal Court Rules State that, if Hillary (anybody) requires it properly, She can move the court to the common law side. If she does this, there is no court case until some man or woman makes a claim against her. The claim must include personal injury to the man or woman. There must be evidence and at least one witness. The claim must be upheld in a Court of Record. In addition, If Hillary rescinds her signature off all the documents she signed with Government, in a common law way, she might have even greater strength. No injury, no wrong done. It's the Rules of Court law.
