Randy DeSoto for Western Journalism reports, President Donald Trump landed in Rome on Tuesday, a day ahead of his first-ever meeting with Pope Francis as well as with leaders of Italy's government. On a conference call on Tuesday, National Security Council official Julie Friedlander revealed the Trump administration will soon be announcing $390 million in famine relief aid for Somalia.
