When somebody in Government - a judge - uses his authority to attempt to extend his authority beyond that which is written in law, and to harm other people if only by diminishing their rights, he is not acting within Government or the law. The harmed person should sue him personally, man to man, in a common law court, where the tribunal is made up of the accuser, the accused, and the jury, for the harm he has done to him. If the suit is regarding harm done to many other people, as well, the suit should be brought on behalf of the others, as well. Care should be taken to show the overstepping of authority. The suit should be brought again and again, by other people who recognize how they have been harmed, until the offending Government official recants, or is removed for treason.
