Jennifer Araoz, 32, filed her lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein on Wednesday

It came on the same day a new New York law came into effect making it easier for people to file civil suits over sexual abuse 

In addition to Epstein, Araoz is also suing Epstein's ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell and three female members of his household staff

Araoz alleges that Maxwell and the three staffers conspired with each other to facilitate her rape 

Maxwell has previously denied allegations she helped recruit or arrange visits for Epstein's alleged victims 

Araoz's lawsuit is among the first of an expected wave of litigation involving Epstein following his apparent suicide in federal custody on Saturday
