Over 200 rounds were fired by at least 18 officers at a UPS delivery truck while police took cover behind civilian human shields. The driver of the truck was 27 year old Frank Ordonez who had just been taken hostage by two robbers of a jewelry store and tragically he lost his life along with an innocent civilian Richard Cutshaw who was caught in the cross fire. Police are refusing to answer questions from the victims family members as local police agencies, the FBI and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigate their own actions.
