The lawsuit is asking Jefferson County Circuit Court to declare the governor's August executive order, which mandates COVID-19 immunization, is "unenforceable."

The Oregon Fraternal Order of Police, Kingsley Firefighters Association, statewide troopers, a major crimes sergeant and state police captain together claim Brown's order contradicts existing Oregon statutes. The measure will also allegedly result in employees being unfairly dismissed.
