If anyone has read the 800+ page novel Unintended Consequences, the name John Ross should be familiar. I had chatted with him several times and was a friend on Facebook. Found out Friday from his best friend Tammy that he died that afternoon. She found him in his driveway, he must have suffered a sudden heart attack or something like that and dropped on the spot.

Publisher: 10 years ago a Radio Show listener made the effort to make available John Ross' book available via various formats so the public would have access to this out of print book (link below). Soon after I had John Ross on the radio show to talk about the book and what we had done. Copies of his book on Ebay were going for $300+ at the time (I still got mine sealed and on the LoveBus with me :) We also have a few Paperback copies and the Poster.

John Ross and I go back to 1993-4 when I was sent a Galley Copy of the book before mass printing for review. www.SAFEgunowners.com out of Arizona was a very public activist effort for Liberty Activists in Arizona at the time. We would buy hundreds of books via a friend that owned a book store at the time and we gave a copy to every Arizona State Legislator at the time. At the same time the BATF would threaten any seller of the book at the Gun Shows in Arizona... Interesting times.

Below is the link that I placed on our site back in 2013 that I reposted just this past April 30th hours after his death. I do this at least a couple times a year... because, and felt the spirit to do so this past Saturday "Hey John".

The radio shows are interesting and entertaining, but the best part is getting to know John's motivations for the book and the use it has been for education... which is why The Man does Not like it... Oh,... and that, "Time to feed the hogs" thing :)
