‘Birther’ arrested during Constitution reading

• prisonplanet.com

A woman was arrested in the House gallery Thursday after interrupting a reading of the Constitution by yelling out her belief that President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States.

When Frank Rep. Pallone (D-N.J.) read the part of Article II, Section 1 mandating that only a “natural-born citizen” may be president, the woman, seated in the front row of the public gallery, screamed “Except Obama, except Obama. Help us Jesus.”

An officer removed her from the gallery as she yelled out “My name is Theresa.”

“You’re under arrest,” the officer could be heard telling her as he led her through double doors at the back of the chamber.

I want to see if they enforce the Constitutional provision that the States are to appoint the officers of the military.

They can do whatever they want since we are under corporate defacto rule.  Since 1861 when the south walked out of congress there was no reconvene date and not enough members to establish a quorum.  This is known Sine Die Adjournment sine die (from the Latin "without day") means "without assigning a day for a further meeting or hearing" to adjourn an assembly sine die is to adjourn it for an indefinite period. A legislative body adjourns sine die when it adjourns without appointing a day on which to appear or assemble again.

Maybe . . . maybe she should have waited until they reached the reading of The First Amendment?
