Just one square millimeter: Scientists create world's tiniest computer

Surmounting the difficulties of miniaturization, scientists have made and amazing achievement: they created a one square millimeter computer. The unnamed mini-machine, a pressure monitor ocular implant, is designed to treat patients suffering from glaucoma. A team of researchers at the University of Michigan developed the computer and expect it to be available on the marketplace within the next few years. Experts in the field of data processing are already hailing the team's incredible advance as the future of the computing field.
