Aurora won't be held in contempt for not returning seized money

The brothers say they accumulated the money over the years from their remodeling business. But an Illinois State Police task force says the men are suspected of drug trafficking, though neither has been charged.

The brothers won an early victory when another Kane County judge issued an order that directed the city to return the money. But the city would not comply.

It's pretty obvious to me that the person preventing the return of this money needs to go to jail  for contempt and be fined. That's just for starters.
