An angry Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, charged that NATO’s military interference with the internal affairs of the Libyan nation has far exceeded the United Nation's mandate granted. Following a blunt meeting with NATO personnel meeting in Belin, Germany, Lavrov loudly criticized NATO and the EU for going much too far against Libyan strongman Colonel Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi.
