Details are unraveling about a Thursday afternoon shooting in central Phoenix where one man was killed over a medical marijuana deal gone bad.

Investigators have determined a Hispanic male, 30, was issued an Arizona Medical Marijuana Identification on May 25. The card allowed him to cultivate and possess marijuana. He began advertising medical marijuana for sale to those who had a medical marijuana identification card.
