Even topless dancers have rights not to be strip-searched unlawfully by police, U.S. District Judge Mary S. Scriven found. On Wednesday, after the lawsuit was settled, she officially ordered the case closed.

The city settled with the dancers and two female bartenders who wore street clothes during the Sept. 19, 2009, raid at Biggins Gentlelman's Club.
