Video: Saturday science on the Placebo Effect

While placebos typically are used in health related areas, could those drinking the Obama Kool-Aid actually be suffering from some type of placebo effect as well? In other words, are people who are told that they should believe the words of Barack Obama and not the reality of his actions and who then do it, actually suffering through some type of politically induced placebo effect?
