Are You in Jail by Your Own Consent?

• Sharlene Holt, Musicians for Freedom

Vengeancia I was in a courtroom recently in Colorado, listening to people approach the magistrate and plead guilty to victimless crimes like possession of less than two ounces of pot, or drinking underage, or being drunk in public, etc. I watched them get sentenced to anger management classes, alcohol and drug classes, etc. I watched them post bonds, pay fees and be restrained from going anywhere near their spouses and loved ones. In terms of freedom, we have gotten very far away from the founders' original intent for declaring peoples' independence and making a Constitution.

Aren't We Putting the Wrong People in Jail? Arrest the Banksters! Aren't We Putting the Wrong People in Jail? Arrest the Banksters!

Private Prisons Love Mass Incarceration and Want Politicians to Love it Too

I heard the Magistrate ask EVERY TIME, if the defendant was a U.S. Citizen. Clearly, this is an important component to the equation of sending we, the people, off to the growing number of courts, jails, and prisons that the New World Order is building!

I decided to take some notes and let everyone know which of your unalienable rights you can expect to waive in a typical courtroom if you plead guilty. Since the Federal Corporation has franchised into all the states, counties, and cities, it's probably more or less the same in most places. By the way, if you have heard the phrase "sovereign citizen" mentioned in the lamestream media and associated with violent members of a so-called "terrorist" movement, check out this disambiguation essay.

Simply put, did you know that there are TWO mutually exclusive political jurisdictions in America today, and that you have the right to choose to live in a constitutional REPUBLIC of free people or in a legislative DEMOCRACY of citizen/slaves, really public officers and franchises of the fictional Federal Corporation dba the United States government?

Just like you cannot be just a little bit pregnant, you cannot be just a little bit "citizen." This is a black and white situation! Either you have chosen to DELEGATE your unalienable God-given rights to some entity, or you still HAVE all of your rights.

Further, did you know that you have the right to make the government PROVE their jurisdiction over you right from the beginning? Did you know that the govt. has to PROVE that you are a U.S. Citizen if you do not admit to being one? Did you know that you can claim to be a PEOPLE, as recognized in America's founding documents like the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, rather than a U.S. and/or State citizen?

Rather than stand there and plead guilty, why not have a FEE SCHEDULE on file in your local community?

That way, if you get dragged off to jail for some questionable legality and land in court for breaking some unconstitutional invention of the Federal Corporation, designed to make your life difficult and enrich the lawyers and parasitic governing classes, you can call a COMMON LAW court (see the 7th Amendment to the Constitution) rather than a Statutory court.

Using common law, you lay a claim on your rights, and the govt. is forced to prove that it has a superior claim over you in order to bring any charges against you. Even better, once the charges are dismissed, you can collect on your remedy, the monetary damages specified in your FEE SCHEDULE.

7th Amendment: In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

The common law doctrine of estoppel by acquiescence is applied when one party gives legal notice to a second party of a fact or claim, and the second party fails to challenge or refute that claim within a reasonable time. The second party is said to have acquiesced to the claim, and is estopped from later challenging it, or making a counterclaim.

Do some're worth it. Your family needs you. Your kids need you. No victim, no crime.

"Truths and Rights" by Johnny Osbourne

Children, run come the truths and rights
That's what I'm about
You know the truths and rights
Teach it to the children
You know the truths and rights
Teach it to the children
Cause they should know
know know know know
It could be, it could be sudden destruction
Cause we know, yes we know
