What would an Occupy Wall Street (OWS) style Halloween look like?

Lazy little children (along with their lazy parents) who don't want to go house to house will receive just as much candy as the "millionaire and billionaire" little children who do! This is exactly the type of "economic utopia" that the Occupy Wall Street crowd is looking for. Like the kid in this video (click the link to view) who wants his tuition paid for just because that's what he wants so that is what should happen. Why it should actually happen he really can't say, other than the existence of millionaires, billionaires and greedy Wall Street bankers!
