Obama Announces Complete Drawdown of US Troops in Iraq to Zero By 2011

• AP

President Obama today announced that the United States will pull all its troop from Iraq by the end of the year.

“The rest of our troops in Iraq will come home by the end of the year,” the president said. “After nine years, America’s war in Iraq will be over.”

Obama vowed to work with the Iraqi government in the coming years, and said the two were “in full agreement about how to move forward.”

“The tide of war is receding,” he said.

President O didn't come up with this on his own. Remember, there are those that run the government that tell him what to do. He only follows orders. If he knew what he wanted on his own, he would not need a TelePrompTer to say what he wanted, so therefore you know that someone else is writting his speeches and telling him what to say. Just maybe they want to use those military personnel from Iraq to be ready for a conflict with Iran. Can't have more battlefield's going then you can handle at one time, so out of Iraq and into Iran.

Well except for the 8,000 US troops stationed at our Taj Mahal embassy in Iraq.  Unless you want us to replace them with Blackwater.
