Ever since Cubans invaded south Florida when Fidel Castro conquered their homeland, they re-created their own culture, language and customs in Miami.  With ‘white flight’, much like  Detroit, Michigan—one could say that Miami no longer represents an American city.  Spanish dominates. Illegal aliens from Mexico, Central and South America—number in the hundreds of thousands.  Floridian schools down-graded their academic standards while poverty and welfare exploded like the skyscrapers on Miami Beach.

Today, Marco Rubio promotes amnesty for criminal aliens while competing for a U.S. Senate seat against rival Bob Smith.

This interview with Miamian A. Lutz provides a ground level view of Miami’s immigration crisis:

“When Marco Rubio (R-FL) was the Florida State House Speaker 2007-2008,” said Lutz, “he blocked six immigration enforcement bills that would require law enforcement officers to report suspected illegal aliens to ICE (Immigrations, Customs & Enforcement).  Those bills included giving criminals an option of being deported; prohibited government services; made employers use the 99 percent accurate free government E-Verify system to validate Social Security Numbers and make it unlawful to hire an illegal alien.

“Rubio first forced six representatives each having an Immigration Enforcement Bill to hold one State Affairs Meeting April 8, 2008. He demanded they hammer their bills down to one combined bill making it easier for Rubio to kill one bill instead of six. Then Rubio pulled a "dirty political maneuver" by telling his six chairmen that were going to vote on the bills to stall the bills until the end of the legislative session ran out and not to take any votes! Rubio not only killed six bills in the House as Speaker and because no bills were passed in the House--Rubio caused six bills to die in the state senate!”

ETHNIC DOMINANCE AND CUBAN STYLE DEMOCRACY IN MIAMI

“Rubio was responsible for killing a total of 10 Immigration Enforcement Bills that cost Florida taxpayers $6 billion over his two years as Speaker 2007-2008 with stolen jobs, services and taxes,” said Lutz. “By his not stopping over one million illegal aliens in Florida, he provided and promoted a "defacto” amnesty to flourish! After he knowingly received thousands of

E-mails, calls and Faxes with voter demands to pass the bills but instead, on talk radio, he said he did not demand any votes on the six bills held by the chairmen because there were more important bills to pass than six Immigration Enforcement Bills.

“And, he said, “Illegal aliens are a federal issue and out of his state’s legal jurisdiction!” (The same statements Rep. Ros-Lehtinen uses). This is another slick falsehood, since OK, TX, GA and other states have passed state Immigration Enforcement Laws promoted by Law Professor Chris Kobach and are legal.

“Marco Rubio was trained by U.S. Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R.-Miami Cuban exile) with a www.numbersUSA.com Immigration Report Card Rating of "F minus" and Marco Rubio adopted her slick practices of deceiving the voters. Representative Ros-Lehtinen used these same illogical statements from 1980 when she was in the state legislature by saying that "illegal aliens” are a federal issue and she can’t take any action because immigration is only a federal issue. When she became a U.S. Representative since 1989 and has the legal jurisdiction, she voted for all amnesty bills and wasted taxes on bilingual programs.”

WASTING BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS  

“Rubio’s convincing speeches have mesmerized the masses and fooled many conservatives, Republicans, independents, Tea Party protesters and C-PAC attendees,” said Lutz. “Once he gets elected he will take his dictates from his Miami Cuban-American community like ex-Senator Mel Martinez did along with Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.  Representatives Mario and Lincoln Diaz-Balart demand amnesty to legalize 30 million illegal aliens.

“All three are so anti-American that they voted against the Florida State Ballot to make "English the Official Language of Florida" and stated before the vote, "if this law ever passes, I will do everything within my power to impede it" in 1988. These legislators have all voted multiple amnesty bills as well as Ros Lehtinen initiating a bill to make "Spanish the second Official Language of the USA."

“With her bill called "Spanish Plus!", she deliberately omitted telling voters that the "Plus” means Spanish! Marco Rubio sent his handpicked Hispanic Rules Chairman, Representative David Rivera (R.- Miami) and State House Hispanic Caucus Chairman Juan Zapata to speak at the one Hearing April 8, 2008 that Rubio forced six bills to be heard in. They spoke against the bills, claiming legislators with bills and the Immigration Control advocates were anti-Hispanic. Zapata demanded that they not use the word" Hispanic" associated with "illegal aliens" which is the precise purpose of the bills and he was insulted at the use of the word "terrorist"! Why? Does Zapata love terrorists? Janet Napolitano- Homeland Security Secretary uses this insane thinking.”
