Chief Opposition Negotiator Urges Ignoring Ceasefire in Syria

US/Saudi supported High Negotiations Committee (HNC) chief peace talks negotiator Mohammed Alloush is a cold-blooded killer, political leader of the Jaysh al-Islam terrorist group.

He's uncompromising in wanting Assad ousted, saying "(f)or us, it's a closed book." On Sunday, he twittered "(d)on't trust the regime and don't wait for their reply."

"Strike them at their necks (kill them). Strike them everywhere…the ceasefire is over."

HNC member Yahya al-Aridi called Alloush's position "personal," likely widely shared among other opposition delegates, representing terrorist organizations wanting Syria destroyed, tyranny replacing its sovereign independence - why so-called peace talks are going nowhere. Ceasefire is more illusion than reality.

Another HNC member speaking anonymously said talks were nearly at "an impasse" with government delegates refusing "to negotiate the fate of Assad…"

Syrian liberation requires achieving it militarily. Russian intervention was crucial toward achieving an objective vital for the entire region and beyond - confronting US imperialism, seizing the advantage, reinvigorating government forces, helping them retake lost ground, liberating Syria one village, town and city at a time.

Last week's parliamentary elections were important, fulfilling Syria's constitutional mandate, not violating Security Council Resolution 2254 -calling for ceasefire and diplomatic conflict resolution.

Russia's ambassador to Syria Alexander Kinshchak was firm, saying he saw no "contradiction" with Res. 2254 provisions.

Elections were vital to hold. The mandate of the 2012 elected parliament was expiring. A political vacuum was avoided by electing new lawmakers.

Otherwise, Syria would have no legislative body. Ruling Ba'ath Party candidates and National Unity coalition allies won an 80% majority - 200 of 250 seats. They'll serve for four years as constitutionally mandated.

Washington and rogue allies don't recognize Syrian election results because candidates they don't control won.
