Now information is already coming out that the purpose of this intelligence community "exercise" is to eliminate the privacy of private packages shipped via private carriers domestically and subject them not only to xray screening but to OPENING and SEARCHING by Homeland Security.

 

What was one of the biggest complaints of people living under communism? That their mail was not private.
