Az Secretary of State & Az Attorney General vs. Ernest Hancock

Written by Subject: Activism
My Secretary of State Campaign of 2006 has been audited by "Clean Elections" (the public funding of campaigns thing - even though I never participated). I spent about $2300, almost all on SIGNS.
Now I have the Arizona Secretary of State's office taking another swipe. Maybe it has something to do with my suing them in the Arizona Supreme Court to force their compliance with the law just past that required a manual validation of the computer program that counted the 2006 ballots by comparing the physical ballots with what the computer reported.
Is it that? Or is it the thousands of other signs that have been going up all over the State/Country? :)
"Because they can" is the simplest explanation I have.
The Arizona Attorney General (D) will team up with the Arizona Secretary of State (R) in an effort to ?????,... entertain us I guess.
Stay tuned, I'm certain it will be worth following :)
Ohhhhhhhh, I get it now. I just read the note more closely. The "Acting" Secretary of State (Kevin P. Tyne - Assistant Secretary of State) had a day or so in the big chair and wants to play. This is going to be a better lesson for us all than I thought. We are going to learn soooo much.

Of course, the Attorney General**Q**s office may decline to play.

That would not be much fun. You want me to call and make an anonymous complaint as to how outraged I am at your flaunting the demands of the acting Secretary of State, my indignation, and what are they going to do about it?

You can**Q**t catch fish without bait.

I immediately saw the **QQ**Acting**QQ** part and went to the website wondering how I could have missed Jan Brewer resigning.

She didn**Q**t. Wow.

I would be really, really pissed if a subordinate of mine put **QQ**Acting**QQ** in front of his name if I was, I presume, out of the state a few days, even if technically true. Of course it is possible she didn**Q**t want to attach her name to it, and left it for him to do. But I give her too much credit.

Fun, fun, fun.
