Just wanted to pass this information along to you as I know that we all are affected by local elections.  This is not a problem that affects only one political group, only one religion, only one ethnic group but rather a problem that affects us ALL including our children.  As a native from Pima County I feel we deserve better than what we have. 

In a time when Pima County is struggling financially, they continue to fight this public record case as they did with previous  cases involving the same election.  All this with our tax money that could be used for a better purpose, like a little league field or a homeless shelter.  Millions of dollars have been spent by Pima County Government fighting these election cases that are about the same election.
