Should President Bush Be Impeached?
Chuck BaldwinThere have been calls for the impeachment of President Bush from certain left-wing groups for years. For the most part, those calls have been correctly ignored.

Thank you for one of the most concise appraisals of a very sticky situation that I have read to date. I agree with you 100% - we need MANY things properly investigated that have eluded the scrutiny of a distracted Public. The biggest problem I see in sorting out all of the 'misdeeds' perpetrated by those put into power that have laid aside the safety, security, and welfare of the people for personal gains, is finding and assembling a panel, committee, or investigative group that is comprised of intelligent, knowledgeable PATRIOTS that are willing to SACRIFICE their time and energy of their private lives to PERSONALLY INVEST IN THE BETTERMENT OF THEIR COUNTRY. Men or Women like our Forefathers who believe in the concept of LIBERTY and that know and can see where this country is heading - into that which the Founders warned us REPEATEDLY - that our downfall would come FROM WITHIN. Americans that will refuse to be co-opted, bought, or intimidated into corruption because they understand that any deviation from the Constitution of the United States AS WRITTEN constitutes degradation and eventual dissolution of everything we as a People stand for.
ONCE a group of such magnitude can be assembled, the other major hurdle would be to get the crooks in power to recognize their authority - invested in them by WE THE PEOPLE.
I believe that these two accomplishments are all that stand between our miserable destruction and the America that most of us fool ourselves into believing we were born into - and that we still have.
