Hi Ed,

Of course you are correct about what is going on but must be on an incorrect thought channel when considering was designed in 1787 to be. Government is corrupt, we agree, but corrupt begs the questions, corrupt of what and why? Of course a corrupt government simply acts in an unconstitutional manner, contrary to design.

Continued unconstitutionality cannot properly be blamed on government because government is not the watch dog of the Constitution or the People's Rights. The People are obligated to protect the Constitution and their Rights, especially from government. The People have only two powers with which to enforce the Constitution on government; the Ballot and Jury Boxes; reference Article I, Section 2, and Amendments 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Bill of Rights.
