Wow! We don't often see Mr. Klein submitting articles other than of a scientific nature. This is refreshing.

What this article amounts to is that the banks did some fraud - at least semi-fraud. And now that they are in court to answer to that fraud/semi-fraud, they are using fraudulent means to be found not guilty. Don't you just love bank fraud?

What it really means is that lawyers and others who should be imprisoned for fraud and lawyers who should be disbarred are going to be patted on the back by the very lawyers who've sworn an oath--before taking your money--to uphold the laws.  

All animals are equal on the farm.  It's just that some are more equal than others. :-)
