On Five Years in Iraq<br>by U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, M.D. (R-TX)
Powell Gammill5 years ago last week, the US military's "shock and awe" campaign lit up the Baghdad sky. 5 years later, with hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and 4000 Americans dead, we should pause and reflect on just what has been gained and lost.
May I also add, the death toll of American and allied troops will never be known unless, the families send the death notice from this government to a centeral point which will reveal to us how manny have been killed or wounded.
