Whatever happens in New Hampshire you will have a Regional Media hub out of Boston.
My FreedomSummit partner is a very well known and high media profile Criminal Defense attorney here named Marc J. Victor www.AttorneyForFreedom.com. His brother Scott Victor is also a criminal defense attorney in Boston. I called him asking for a recommendation of someone that has experience suing Cops etc. and would be able to handle media should we begin to focus on CopBlock's effort (this would likely start to get him interested in some of the case work associated with this issue should he see it to his advantage). A little investment as a 'Media Consultant' may roll over into more active support should they see the financial benefit and/or the media opportunities.

I asked Scott Victor to consider being our eyes and ears there so we know we have someone we trust on the ground in the area to keep an eye on things. He's willing but made it clear that Boston is NOT New Hampshire but understands the media link and the need for on camera face to face commentary for the Regional media (we do this with Marc Victor A LOT).
Soooo, I've taken the first steps to make sure that the effort to be the plaintiff in a civil suit has the required infrastructure to get the most bang. With all of the evidence that you guys have accumulated about your Civil Rights being violated on a regular basis you can get a very good initial PR impact with the filing of a Federal Suit,... unless there is stuff that I don't know... like doing stupid (fill in the blank) stuff.

This would allow you to do the filing and have all of the court costs waived. All of my Federal Court actions were FOR FREE.

A fraction of the time spent in a cage could be spent on using their bullshit court system to accomplish a great deal. Take a look at the Federal Civil Action requirements for 2 minutes and get an idea.
You can take all the time you want getting ready, setting up the perfect circumstances, getting all of your evidence, cameras, affidavits, video taping etc etc etc ready and BOOMSHAKKALAKA hit 'em hard with maximum effect and not be facing years in jail while you are doing it.
We can take as much time as we need prepping for this and I'll help. But you need to know that you'll be required to READ THE LAW and not miss court deadlines and be prepared to do some studying and maybe even have to go to a library.

Please consider this method.... if for no other reason than to gain experience in another way of accomplishing what we all desire... with a lot less risk and more PAIN for them at a fraction of the cost to you.
