Following careers in applied physics / systems analysis and psychotherapy, Podolsky met John David Garcia with whom, under Garcia’s tutelage he became intensely committed to finding answers to the question, “What has to happen for humanity to thrive and flourish?” As a participant in John David’s research into ethics, creativity and organizational development, he realized that, in the presence of our current crop of unethical institutions, humanity is doomed. 

 

By 1992 he had begun writing articles, and subsequently seven books, about ethics, law, and government – and the necessity of freedom. Meanwhile his research showed him unequivocally that the institutions that we usually look to, to solve societal problems, are actually the cause of all the major problems that our species faces. The three big offenders in this respect are Banks, Organized Religion, and Government. He coined the phrase B.O.R.G when referencing these three institutions collectively.

 

As a direct result of his work with John David, he is the  Founding member of Titania, a non hierarchic society dedicated to peace, love and truth; through ethics and creativity and utilizing the organizational principles that he learned from him. This methodology is the only one he has found that has the potential to provide a fundamentally “grass-roots-driven” ethical society.
