• Prosecution asked asked for 10 parenting classes - judge declined to order them (criminal record was enough punishment to deter future wrongdoing)

• 45 days in jail - suspended (not imposed unless she's arrested within a year's time)

• Plan to appeal (Class A trial - would allow them to go to Superior Court with jury trial to have state present the case again)
