The realty is, that these cops can be in a world of hurt if they plan on arresting this guy. To me they are just trying to cover themselves for their incompetence and foolishness. This man who was tasered should file charges against the officers if their department pursues its course of action. The records of these oficers should also be posted on the web for all to see.
