ONE OLD LADY...this is taken from the**QQ** Pentagon**Q**s Civilian Inmate Labor Program**QQ**
(a) The Attorney General may make available to the heads of the several departments the services of United States prisoners under terms, conditions, and rates mutually agreed upon, for constructing or repairing roads, clearing, maintaining and reforesting public lands, building levees, and constructing or repairing any other public ways or works financed wholly or in major part by funds appropriated by Congress.**QQ**Read the Pentagon**Q**s Civilian Inmate Labor Program**QQ**, Is this Obama**Q**s plan for putting **QQ**people**QQ** to work? Don**Q**t get arrested,Folks. There are enough **QQ**priviledged**QQ** inmates in the prison system today to meet the requirements of the labor force needed to accomlishment his goal. **QQ**White construction workers**QQ** need not apply.

It seems that the government is starting to become afraid of the people reacting to them screwing up the economy and our lives. The government culture of greed and corruption is becoming more apparent and repugnant to the American people.

It is fairly clear, in reading this bill, that this is a lot more about pork and patronage than it is about concentration camps or other issues.
