Asia stocks fall amid skepticism over US bank plan

Asian stock markets dropped Wednesday, following a steep sell-off on Wall Street overnight, as investors reacted with skepticism to the US government's latest plan to heal the country's ailing banking industry.

 To fix the American banks, means they have to fail.  Before they are allowed to fail, not all banks will only the biggest ones, in each state the Federal governments will be required to invest one billion dollars, interest free to be paid back out of profits, in banks set up exactly like the one in North Dacota.

The big banks will fail.   America will continue.
