1 Comments in Response to Court camera ban sparks arrest of YouTuber
The Ridley Report started airing its clips of these events to the great displeasure of the local ruling class. Subsequent arrests of Ridley and confiscations of video and audio recordings...well the really cool thing about the current video Terry links to, is it is done by a service called Qik.
Qik allows ANYONE to immediately download for safe keeping using a camera phone live in realtime what video their cell phone camera is recording. There is nothing for the authorities to confiscate other than the cell phone. They will definitely have to do something about this.

They can't confiscate what they can't contain.
