Yes, and it will stop those terrible nasty Libertarian Party and Green Party people from paying for voter registrations at the same time. I am really getting tired of them interfering with our wonderful incumbent candidate**Q**s coronations. Anything to keep them from participating in the process.

When you limit the 1st Amendment as an effective tool the populace merge to the 2nd (seen the news on Gun sales?)
