Nothing illegal was found in Mr. Anderson**Q**s vehicle after he was dragged out and beaten.

As such, it**Q**s already clear in this case that either the dog falsely alerted or the Border Patrol agent falsely claimed the dog alerted.

This of course is a favorite tactic of the Border Patrol to justify a search that can**Q**t be justified otherwise.

Kind of hard to cross-examine a dog in a court of law....

Chuck, why do you always have to play the **QQ**dumbass**QQ** card? I swear to God.

Surely, you cannot support these rebel scum?! Their flagrant and open disobedience to proper and lawful authority cannot be tolerated an an orderly civil society. I for one wholly stand behind the King and his just government, as do all my family --- whom are after all completely subservient to his will.

I wonder if the way to handle this in the future is to decline the search. Then when the border patrol says the dog identified something, consent to the search while videotaping it, perhaps in stealth. This will show either that dogs are fallible or that border patrol will lie.

Chuck, no amount of provocation can justify what they did . A professional officer does not let his emotions or personal beliefs get in the way of doing his job in a professional manner. There is no doubt that this was not done according to the book and these border guards should be held accountable for their action in both civil and criminal court. The tapes will clearly show what happened but I doubt that they will ever be seen. Some how they will mysteriously disappear or claim that all the cameras failed to work on that stop but still worked on the one before and the one after that one. The people enforcing the law should at all times lead by example.

Glad to hear Marc Victor is on the case.

The (mis)use of drug dogs at internal immigration checkpoints is a favorite Border Patrol ploy for attempting to justify otherwise illegal searches and seizures.

I**Q**m willing to contribute to any legal defense (and offense) fund that may be needed in this case. I**Q**ve also done a fair amount of legal leg work regarding such suspicionless internal checkpoints over the past year. Perhaps some of it could come in handy in this case...

Attorney Marc J. Victor (that was also an attorney for Terry Bressi (www.checkpointUSA.org) is already on the case.

We**Q**ll be able to drag this one out for years :)

For some reason I could only view the first 6 pages of comments (even though it shows several pages more) so I reproduce mine here **Q**for the record**Q**:

**QQ**Living in Arizona I have come to the conclusion that TPTB have allowed us to be overrun with **Q**tresspassers**Q** and will allow them to **Q**terrorize**Q** us into submission so we will clamor for their biometric RFID chip (it**Q**s the ONLY way to sort **Q**us**Q** from **Q**them**Q**). Funny the Dems are willing to screw up such a devious (but potentially successful) plan by giving the **Q**terrorist tresspassers**Q** amnesty! LMFAO!!! **QQ**

Let me know what I can do to assist.
