How about the charge of criminal assault opposed to excessive force? What a concept.

While I believe that there are still a few police officers out there who understand the law and the nature of a given situation, it is plain to see that the vast majority of law enforcement officers are undertrained, underpaid and several pussy's who can't distinguish the difference between danger and disobedience...or perhaps they forgot to wear their depends and didn't want to make a mess. Or just perhaps too frickin lazy to do anything other than use their taser. For christ sakes man. Is there any real men out there protecting our streets anymore?

meanwhile 8000 lives later....WTF....we need a judge to tell us that we should not torture people with electricity?

They should limit them to NO USE. It's a god damn cattle prod.

These douche bags who use tazers would not dream of tazering their own pets but drool with glee when a human it electrified. These rate are a complete and utter disgust

The Crazy 9th got this one right, and proves the point that even a broken clock is right twice a day.  And pitty poor SanFran - they've got to deal with Gascon now - a make-believe police chief in a make-believe land.
