Where's the suprirse here?  Who in this country still doesn't know that the government is operating in secret?  Secret deals, secret gulags, secret torture, secret bailouts, secret spying...  The only thing that isn't secret is the corruption in Washington and the way we the sheeple are being screwed by them.
