When ever in history has such kind of power over life and death not been abused ?
I have no problem with killing or assassinating terrorists in a foreign land, even if they are American - BUT - I want Congressional oversight - I want procedures and protocol in place - and I want criminal accountability. I don't trust the spooks; they make too many mistakes.
