Economist Ken Rogoff: Now Predicts A China Collapse

While Rogoff said he isn’t sure what will cause China’s bubble to pop, he said land is “the best bet” as it is “the most common source” of crises. Real estate values in Shanghai and Beijing have “taken a departure from reality,” Harvard economics professor Ken Rogoff is throwing some serious bear punches again. For China not to crash would be an extremely unusual historical precedent, he argues:

Ken Rogoff has a fascinating interview on Feb 20 Financial Sense NewsHour: (He's the 4th hour)

I downloaded a sample of his new book for the Kindle and it is fascinating so far. 

The only caveat I have is that Ken worked for the IMF as an economist for a couple of years.
