AZ AG won't join 13-state lawsuit opposing health overhaul - BUT...AZ Gov does

• ABC 15
PHOENIX -- Democratic Attorney General Terry Goddard says he won't join lawsuits filed by other states' attorneys general to challenge the federal health care overhaul. Republican Gov. Jan Brewer responded to Goddard's announcement Wednesday by saying through her spokesman that she will pursue a lawsuit even without Goddard's involvement. Brewer said Tuesday her office has the constitutional authority to do it herself, and could do it, as early as this week. Brewer’s spokesman Paul Senseman said, “The Governor believes strongly there's an opportunity to prevent enactment in federal court. The federal constitution has been violated by the overreaching of this giant power grab by the federal government.”...

I'm afraid the lawsuits will be summarily dismissed, and we are only paying the lawyers again. I hope I'm wrong!!

Bread and circuses... maybe, or maybe the bread and butter for the hungry, angry and energized  proletariat carrying his pitchfork and torch. Being underestimated by an arrogant and smug opponent has been the downfall of many in power throughout history. The few can only rule the many without their permission for a limited time.

It looks like the Attorney General will be made an example of what being unemployed is like along with the Democrats that voted the bill in. Lots of changes and voting out the rats are in our future. Time to start cleaning house of those that want to go down the road to socialism. One quote of Margaret Thatcher I have always liked because it strips away all the rhetoric and leaves the bare truth "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other peoples money" This road will lead to bankrupting our country and we will not let that happen.

The Democrat passed health bill reads like the Chicago Mafia wrote it. Citizens that can’t afford expensive health insurance will have to pay the $2,085 penalty per household or 2.5 percent of their income - the greater of... while still having no health insurance. Like the Mafia, House Democrats have used the bill to strong-arm Americans to buy health insurance from certain companies. Those companies must be celebrating! Like the Mafia the Democrat health bill holds Citizens hostage to paying higher and higher health insurance premiums. In fact the FBI should investigate to see if the Mafia might somehow benefit from this health bill.

Did anyone really believe Goddard would challenge his socialist party's mandate?
