I took these videos with my own hand from the middle of the second row at the 2008 Libertarian National Convention in Denver, Colorado. The first is Current Arizona Libertarian Candidate for Governor Barry Hess giving a nomination speech in support of Ernest Hancock for Libertarian National Committee Chairman. The second is Ernie at his finest - concise, salient, and every bit as relevant today - if not more so - than two years ago when these words were spoken.
I felt now was a great time for everyone to hear these words that I know for a fact both men stand behind to this very day! I feel the same way Barry does about Ernie as expressed in this heart-felt introduction, and I will do everything in my power to support Ernie as he attempts to not only restore some of the lost backbone of the National Party, but assure the Principles that so many good libertarian (small 'l') Patriots have worked so hard to acheive and promote since the early 1970's are not muddied in the minds of the General Public.
