A color photo which accompanied the AP story and reported to be of the young lad shot and killed, shows only his lower legs and shoe clad feet - but - buy his feet is another pair of shoes and an 8 POUND SLEDGE HAMMER with yellow handle and a length of yellow poly rope partially covered with the sand.   Yet, nowhere in the story is there mention of the hammer and rope.  ?????????????
