1 Comments in Response to Alan Moore: "I Don't Want Watchmen Back"
Moore has only himself to blame. He whined about the successful "V for Vendetta," which altered his story and demanded and received control of "The Watchman."
While I too would have preferred a more clear anarchist message in the movie "V for Vendetta" that is strongly present in the comics by the same name, and instead of the romantic relationship between the two main characters in the movie the "father"- young daughter relationship between them in the comic. I did not consider the director's vision of the movie inappropriate nor overall destructive to the story. "The Watchmen," ostensibly with Moore's participation was an F-ing disaster! LODG 2.
