Chavez defends plan for Internet regulations

Chavez's congressional allies are considering extending the "Social Responsibility Law" for broadcast media to the Internet, banning messages that "disrespect public authorities," "incite or promote hatred" or crimes, or are aimed at creating "anxiety" in the population.

So Stephen I can't wait to read your pathetic excuse for Chavez this time---just copy the one for censoring TV and radio.  Those poor stupid Venezuelan peasants need to not be confused by derogatory complaints about their benevolent governments, so we run their emails and web pages through the Hugo filter for them.  Perhaps assist them in imposed early detection mental health counseling?
